Here’s the story of a beautiful winter engagement session, taking place in South Jersey. Tatiana and Tomaso were nothing short of magical and capturing this love story was pure bliss. Our engagement session unfolded with the charm of her father’s Italian restaurant, Sal and Joe’s in Maple Shade, New Jersey. The scene set the stage for a romantic narrative that transcends time.

The intimate moments begin at a cozy table in the heart of the restaurant, where the couple shared laughter, pasta, red wine, and the joy of each other’s company. Ahhhhhhh, that’s amore!! Capturing them popping a bottle of Veuve Clicquot and cuddling up together created a visual symphony of love and celebration. The ambiance of the restaurant added a touch of nostalgia and warmth to the initial images, emphasizing the significance of their connection.

I always love when a couple incorporates a place that is special to them or even something sentimental to them. I tell couples all the time, when they are having trouble figuring our where to do their engagement session, “think of a place that mean something to the both of you and holds a sacred place in your heart”. So, when Tatiana first reached out to me and asked about doing part of the engagement session at her father’s restaurant, I was like “heck yes”!!!

Side note: I also grew up with an Italian father who is a chef and was a product of the restaurant business, so I relate to it all too well and in turn, it also holds a special place in my heart.

Transitioning from the culinary delights of the restaurant, we ventured to Boundary Creek park in Moorestown, New Jersey for the second part of Tatiana and Tomaso’s engagement session. Winter’s embrace had left the grounds bare, but the love between this couple illuminated the surroundings with a radiant glow. The crisp air and the muted winter landscape provided a serene backdrop, allowing their love to take center stage.

Outdoors, amidst nature’s simplicity, we froze moments of pure connection.
